"Nothing but poor service in recent years. When I first moved to Las Vegas in January 2021, a friend recommended an agent in this office. For about two years I experienced excellent service. The agent was proactive, asking good questions and reaching out to me when she thought there was a potential issue. For about the past two years, the service has become abysmal. I am just another number. The agents who answer the phone call me "bud" (I have never met him), don't give their name and mix up the various policies when asked a question about a specific policy. In the past year I have received multiple refund checks from State Farm with an explanation that I have been overcharged. Time for me to find a different agent."

"I called to inquire about my brother's policy as I am an executer of his estate. Tara answered the call and, after the necessary confirmation was provided, proceeded to go above and beyond what I expected from an insurance company representative. She was so kind and truly sincere in her condolences. She actually brought me to tears of laughter during our conversation in this difficult time with her understanding and over the top helpfulness and with confidence she put me at ease in her comfort handling an uncomfortable situation to address. IDK about everyone at State Farm, but if Tara is a reflection of the people in that office(and the company as a whole) I would be proud to recommend them for their business."

"I used to work for this man. Unfortunately, his claim to fame is being unkind and rude. He may be a knowledgeable insurance guy but his entitled attitude is sick. He actually told me I should quit insurance and go back to waitressing because it’s “easier” and I wasn’t smart! So, instead I went to school and obtained my Associates, Bachelor’s, and know half way through my Masters. Not a kind man at all!"

"Reported my accident. Got a check for ALL repairs in 12 days! Everyone involved was BEYOND AMAZING!! (I fully expected 30 days or longer, since that's how long I've heard Geico takes.) I can't say this will happen for every claim. I can only say the amazing experience I've had with State Farm!"
